Each course/workshop:

  • Includes the behavior the trainer expects participants to demonstrate as a result of the course and can be used to evaluate the success of the session;

  • Includes multiple types of activities/presentation methods to meet the various learning styles of the adult learner;

  • Cites references/resources throughout training content;

  • Includes areas that will incorporate special needs and cultural considerations, modifications and/or discussion.

  • Includes an assessment that determines that a participant has successfully met the objective of the course that includes but not limited to, written or oral tests, demonstration, observation, portfolio or a combination of methods.
