This opportunity promises to empower you with knowledge and skills for using children’s literature to build early literacy (vocabulary and comprehension), which contributes to strong social-emotional development.

Participate in three evening virtual trainings held February 16-18, 2021.

Earn Continuing Education Units (1.0 CEU’s) and Clock Hours (10 hours) to those who fulfill the promise to children.

Learn from Petrea Hicks, M.Ed., an experienced and passionate early education trainer.

Receive a collection of children’s books that feature African American children, families and communities.
